Getting Started

Connection Call (15–20 minutes): A quick, easy conversation to get to know each other, talk through your home, and see if working together feels like the right fit.

In-Person Walk Through + Meet (45minutes - 1 hour): We meet in your home or over coffee, walk the space together, and talk through your goals and priorities—so we can ensure alignment before moving into design. From there, we’ll outline the best path forward for your project.

The Design Process

    We guide all construction-related selections and decisions, ensuring everything is cohesive, intentional, and clearly documented for your builder to execute. This phase removes the guesswork and prevents the overwhelm that often comes with hundreds of decisions.

    All selections are organized into a detailed Design Specification Book, giving your builder a clear roadmap for implementation.

    The result is a home that is thoughtfully designed from the ground up, with clarity for your builder and confidence for you.
